Third Doctors Appointment
Well no picture this time. Next month we should hopefully be able to tell the sex of the child. Joell gained a whopping 3 lbs. since the last visit, which I had to assure her was really only 2 lbs. from the first visit. Her blood pressure was 100 / 60, and the baby's heart rate this time was ........... in the 130's. So all of you with the heart rate wives tale are probably scratching your heads. Our next appointment is at 10:45 A.M. on April 7, which just happens to be my birthday and is also the day we get our ultrasound to see if the baby is a boy or girl. This is going to be my best birthday ever!!

Second Doctor's Appointment
Well there is our latest photo of the baby. I know it's not that great but that is because the doctor was having trouble getting a good shot since our child was swimming around and flipping around so much. Very active with a heart rate in the 180's. Joell lost 1.5 lbs for this visit but the doctor said everything was normal and all her blood work from the first visit came back great. Her all day sickness has subsided so things are looking up there. Our next appointment isn't until March 10, 2009, five weeks from now. The only reason it is not in four weeks is because I will be out of town the week before and I would like to be at all of the doctors appointments so we had to schedule for a week later.

First Doctor Appointment
Well there it is our first baby picture. Everything went great, the doctor was awesome. She has the same sense of humor that we do. She said that our approximate due date is August 25, 2009. The baby had a heart rate of 133 beats per minute and was 6 weeks 6 days old. Doctor McCormick said that she was please to hear about Joell's morning sickness. She said it was a good sign because her body was produce something but I told her it is more like all day sickness. Our next appointment is February 3,2009 at 9:45 AM.
