OK so by the baby pic, I am thinking a boy and because of the heart rate...that's where my money lays so far on this one. Not that it means anything because Kylie's was always in the 140-160's and Bella was always 120-140's; both girls totally opposite heart rates. SUPER EXCITED- Bella now says "Gon (for John) baby cousin" because I tell her she is going to have a baby cousin.
